Getting there:Follow signs to Melbourne Airport. Take the Melbourne Airport exit off the freeway. Turn right at Center road and turn right into the Hotel's driveway. Transport is provided to and from both the international and domestic terminals via the hotel's complimentary shuttle service, which runs on demand. Phones are located in both terminals of the airport for your convenience.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is from 14:00. Photo ID and a credit card may be required when checking in. Please note that the hotel only has non smoking rooms avaliable.
Car parking:Onsite car parking is available for hotel guests
Child Policy:Rates are per room for two (2) people. Additional guests are charged at $40 per night. Maximum of three (3) per room. Children aged 0-19 years stay free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with parents.
Staff was very helpful. Excellent location. You can take the Skybus from the airport (walk 3 minutes through the parking lot at the airport), it cost $26 round trip to the city, really good deal since the taxi costs about $50-55. Clean, great staff, coffee and tea in room with fridge that had milk...didn't have to leave the room in the morning and didn't have to call room service for my first cup of coffee. Asked for more milk and within minutes there was a knock at my door! I would definitely return to this hotel.
Lovely stay close to airport
Arriving in froman overseas flight at 2.30 a.m. the staff could not have been morehelpful andconsiderate - and the bed was just how I needed it.
Excellent location being right at the Airport, easy to get too. Rooms were spacious and clean and service excellent. Highly recommend.
Stayed over 1 night enroute to catch early flight out of Melbourne and would certainly stay again as is far better than the 'other' larger establishement that is closer to the terminal.
Easy access to Melbourne Airport. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Able to check out & leave suitcases at the hotel until next flight. Very clean & every need was accomodated
I have been staying at this hotel for 30 years. Holiday Inn have given it a face lift. It is a walk across the airport car park and fairly priced. I liked the internet charges where you pay by the minute. I did the business I needed to do for just $1.70.
Bathroom taps at the base could have been cleaner.

Very comfortable, clean, staff friendly and convenient to airport. It take approx. 15mins walking distance to airport or you can take hotel shuttle bus services to the airport only will charge $2 per guest..
Good location, well priced, friendly staff.
Front desk helpful. One complaint was that the room did not have the hotel amenities book, althought this was corrected by a front desk staff member immediate when notified of the problem. Other complaint was the tea/coffee making facilities. I like my coffee very milky (more than is provided by the hotels) so carr some uht milk when travelling. Their small fridge hasd no room to store this milk overnight as it was stuffed full of pay-for drinks and snacks.
Easy acess to the airport, and easy to find. Very clean and comfortable.
First time I have stayed at this hotel and everything was impressive apart from a little more attention required by staff at check in and check out. For the cost of the stay it did seem silly to charge guests $2 for the shuttle bus to departures at the airport. Overall a very good place to stay.
