Had a wonderful stay - very helpful staff and a great location!

Excellent location. Stayed in superior twin room, bedding etc excellent. Bathroom whilst clean was probably in need of upgrade. Outdoor pool area could also do with a makeover. But overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Customer service was excellent. Would definately stay again.

Clean, easy check in, close to Spencer Street Station, city circle tram, Shopping Centres and football.

All in all the service was very good, just for the smell of the toilet and shower aside from that its very good.

Very good and Great location

The service was excellent at check-in and check-out and we were attended to very quickly. The bathroom was very dated and could do with upgrade which is why I would not call it a four star. For shopping purposes it is easier to stay closer to Bourke Street. On Sunday went to Sirocco at about 5pm as we were looking for a coffee and cake before we went to a show (Wicked) and we wanted to have dinner after it. Apparently they couldn't accommodate us, a little surprised since most restaurants offer dessert and coffee after dinner one would presume.

Perfect location, great service. Very quite and comfy place to stay. Recommend.

Stayed on the property during Melbourne Hottest day with outside temperature scorching at around 48 degrees. Air cond in the room was not cool enough (perhaps still around 28 degrees), but at night was quite comfortable and cool enough. Room was average for a 3 star hotel, TV is still boxed old style - not LCD TV, thou there may be deluxe room upgrade. Bathroom was rather small and need some update. Shower over Bath - Tub was quite shallow with only 30 cm deep ( you cant enjoy bath). The curtain in the bath has got a damp smell - perhaps needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was just standard selection but of goof quality. No egg station or pancake station. Coffee was of instant taste, although they have got a modern coffee machine - self service. Overall.. Was quite happy with the stay. Just an average hotel with good facility and good location. Would have enjoyed more if the weather was more inviting.

was a typical cheap hotel, i went to the toilet and there was half a toilet roll there. Crappy shower and tv but for the price you cant complain. Excellent location

clean, under going renovations but still quiet and the food was great. very small business centre with 2 computers

Room was a little tired and needs refurbishment and consequently I was a little disappointed with the rate charged. Other than that, service was good, staff polite and the room was clean.

I left valuable personal tems behind and was quickly contacted to be in formed of this and to arrange collection.

Checkin and checkout service was great. Bright smiling and welcoming. Location was fantastic as we were catching the overland train early the following morning. I would definately stay here again.

Bath was scratched. Overly noisy toilet cistern when filling up and could hear same from other rooms. Location great, not too far a walk to Crown etc too. Very nice furniture/linen etc - refurbished since last visit. Environmentally conscious, ie given a card and choice re changing linen and towels daily or not.

Very helpful staff and good service, drinks very pricey at the bar.

Excellent location for Skybus (airport bus) terminal and for Docklands. Would definitely use this hotel again.
