"The smell on level one is disgusting would definitly never want to stay their again due to the smell. Also checking in was poor we were told on internet that we could check in at 2pm but when we got there we had to wait till 3pm. Otherwise it was a good stay." - Leanne Bisphan
"Penrith is about an hour by express train from Sydney; then the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the train station. This room was the only one I could book for New Year's Eve.
The hotel reception staff was very helpful and accommodating: they found train and taxi info for us and allowed a late check out considering it was New Year's Day when we were due to check out.
The room was functional and the space: generous, though the place is probably a bit advanced in years.
