"The hotel itself was very clean. The resort of San Juan itself was very very quiet, not many local restaurants or bars within walking distance. Thankfully, there was a very efficient bus service (no21) which ran every 15 minutes into Alicante town, this departed from right outside the hotel, without this, we feel the weekend would have been awful, as the resort didn't offer much to do. The hotel staff were efficient, although, there was a language problem, not many english speaking staff. " - Anonymous

"The hotel is very close to the beach but walking there is down hill but the return up hill is a little tiresome especially with children and handfulls of beach equipment.
Also the location of the lifts in the hotel to the higher floors is a little strange with quite a treck from the reception required.
Otherwise an good hotel for a weekend break at the beach." - Kevin Page
