Holiday Inn Potts Point Sydney

The Decor of the hotel is looking dated, but if you put that aside, the hotel has everything going for it. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The beds are comfortable and there's a choice of different types of pillows. The toiletries are of good quality and the lighting is very good. Even though it's right in the heart of the Cross and I was only on the 4th floor, there was no discernable traffic or street noise. Add to that a decent range of foxtel channels and easy walking distance to any number of restaurants and bars. Happy to go back there again.

Great location, Kings Cross train station at the front door, easy walk to the CBD and close to all the attractions. The room was spacious, very clean and well designed. Full size bath and fully airconditioned. The only negative comment was the noise late on Saturday night as a result of the nightclubs in Kings Cross. I give this hotel 9/10.

I would reccommend this hotel. Despite it being very close to busy roads the rooms were quiet. The best aspect though was the friendly custome service from reception to the restaurant.

The facilities were great and the front desk service was superior with all questions and needs dealt with in a very very professional manner - a great place to stay and a great free apple to start every day

Stayed in Harbour View room on 8th floor. Very clean room with modern furnishings including a large screen plasma tv with foxtel. Also nice 11am check-out. Will stay again.

Excellent location, just out of the city. Modern and clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Double rooms could use more drawer space, and it would be a good idea to equip the showers with low-flow heads, but overall there is little to complain about. Highly recommended, in fact.

Average quality but over priced.
