Holiday Inn Resort Damai Beach Kuching

"House keeping could pay more attention to detail in their work. My otherwise clean room had sand in the bed upon arrival. Each day accessories were not replaced ( towels, or toiletries, or coffee sachets etc). It was never all of them but each day it was one or two of them. Restaraunt option are very limited, and the daily buffet dinner is over priced. Staff were very friendly and always engaging. The internet access is very limited and way too public to do internet banking or any other private things. There are 2 terminals in the middle of the reception foyer/ thorough-fare through the whole complex" - Jim Troy
