Holiday Inn Rotorua

A pleasant stay, it's a very busy hotel accommodating tour groups but that doesn't hamper anyone elses stay. The dining room is busy and efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful.

An enjoyable overnight. Pool and spa a highlight

It was nice to come to this hotel at the end of a long drive and the friendly staff were welcoming, we had a lovely room with a beautiful view over the lake, although our stay was short we enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic hotel, excellent facilities with its own spa pool that you can access until late at night and its own maori show. Shame we could not spend longer

Well placed facility and friendly, helpful staff...heavy bags were handled by staff (a service which has become a novelty). Spacious room with good lighting and good sized bathroom - with bath!

Well priced hotel with all the basics covered. Very good selection of pamphlets for travelers. Tidy and clean rooms. Would stay there again if watching the budget. Was pretty quiet with room at end of the hall. Bed was a bit average, but no complaints for the price. No complaints about this hotel. Pretty good value for the money.

Perfect location overlooking Whakarewarewa - a living, thermal village. Reception staff friendly and helpful, as are the dining room staff and the girls who look after the rooms. Relax in the spa pools and then enjoy the buffet. You won't be disappointed.

We thought that the hotel was excellent would certainly go back again. Loved the pool and spa. Service was excellent, staff courteous and helpful, all round great!!!

Perfect for a base for all Rotorua activities.

Excellant Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Heritage, the heated pool and hot spas every night was a bonus that the kids enjoyed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Heritage.

Great heated pool for kids

This hotel seems to have been updated since we last stayed. In its price range it is very comfortable, situated away from the main road and 5 minutes from the city centre, therefore peaceful. The staff are friendly, the food is reasonable and the pool and spa are lovely for relaxing in the evening.

Roomas are too small

The room was good for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. The in room dining was not that flash. The heated pool and the outdoor spas were great.

We love staying at this Hotel. It may be a bit out of the city centre but it is well worth catching a cab to stay here.
