"The service is not very bad, there is NO SERVICE:
- No breakfast
- No dinner
- I asked for laundry to be folded, I got it back on handlers. The answer has been: "It is done, take it like it is, you can fold it yourself".
- Ask for a restaurant for dinner, you will be directed to a mall where everything is closed whereas 2 blocks away, you will find a dozen of places where to eat.
I know where I will not stay next time I go to Tampay bay." - Anonymous
