Getting there:Heathrow Airport: The Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches Paddington Station in 15 minutes. Once there you can reach the hotel on foot; take Eastbourne Terrace, turn left onto Craven Road, continue to Craven Hill Gardens and then turn right onto Leinster Gardens. Gatwick Airport: The Gatwick Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches Victoria Station in 30 minutes. Once there take the Circle Line tube and get off at Bayswater station. Stansted Airport: The Stansted Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches London Liverpool Street in 45 minutes. Once there take the Circle Line and get off at Bayswater station. Directions from Bayswater (Circle and District Line) underground tube station (approx. 10 mins walk): Exit the station into Queensway Road. Walk to the middle of the street (to the corner of Whiteley's Shopping Centre) and turn left onto Porchester Gardens street. It will lead you directly into Leinster Gardens.

2nd time I stayed I was given a more spacious room. Then I noticed that standard rooms in this hotel are not identical. No refrigerator was provided in the standard rooms. Facilities like ironing and internet access are available at a chargeable fee.
An ideal hotel in Bayswater, good location and the food is halal and delicious.
This hotel was a good place if you just need a place to keep your bags and rest your head, maybe not if you want more frills. Facilities were basic but good. Service left a little to be desired, some staff members left you with a feeling that they were going out of their way, that you should be so very thankful for something that is in their job description. The hotel also caught fire twice while we were staying. Although in no way something the hotel could avoid, an apology for the inconvenience (being kept outside the building till 2:30am) might have been nice. Possibly just caught this place on a bad day...worth a shot.

this was a good hotel in a good location, the rooms were clean and big enough for a weekend stay, the only down side of the room was that it was too warm, i stayed in november with the window fully open and radiator turned off, and was still too warm! the breakfast is very basic but for a 2 night stay we were not too bothered. overall the hotel is good and the staff friendly and helpfull, i would stay again.
Rooms are small, but this seems to be normal in London. Temperature in the entire hotel (breakfast, rooms) is too warm. Breakfast is OK. I would recommend this hotel to others.

OK for a London hotel. Room a bit small and very hot when we arrived. Staff friendly. Really enjoyed meal in their malaysian restaurant.
Could not open french windows more than just a crack as they were chained together. Room was quite stuffy as a result.
Booked double room for 2 nights . Ideal location for London Westend and Knightsbridge across the park. However felt room a touch small and would have liked a bath. Continental breakfast okay and abundant. Hotel quiet and staff most obliging. Think we would stay there again but request larger room if poss.

Fantastic, the room was a bit small, but it's london city, so hardly surprising. all in all, very impressed. very polite & helpful staff.
Staffs are very friendly, atmosphere is very good - they served malaysian food -very home away from home. Front office is very well organised always ready to help and location is quite near to tube station. Hotel is very cosy. We will definitely go back to stay again on our next visit.
