Holiday Villa is strategically located on the main business street, within the vicinity of shopping area and just minutes’ walk to famous Central Market (Psah Thmei). Well-known Russian Market and all places of interest within Phnom Penh city is just about ten to fifteen minutes drive from the Hotel. Phnom Penh International Airport can be reached within fifteen minutes drive.

Phnom Penh International Airport: Distance is 8 kilometers.
From the airport, turn right, head straight towards the city on Russian Boulevard. After about 10 to 15 minutes drive, before reaching the third traffic light, take immediate right turn and you can see the signboard of the Holiday Villa on the rooftop. Situated at the corner of Monivong Boulevard and Street 118.

Check-in: 1300 hours, check-out: before 1200 hours. Late checkout before 6:00pm can be accommodated at 50% discount of rack rates and subject to availability. Guaranteed reservations by credit card for first night deposit is required. All reservations held until 6:00 pm on day of arrival unless guaranteed. Cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged equivalent of one night stay.
Passport to check-in is required for foreigners as this is per Government policy. |
