Getting there:Phnom Penh International Airport: Distance is 8 kilometers. From the airport, turn right, head straight towards the city on Russian Boulevard. After about 10 to 15 minutes drive, before reaching the third traffic light, take immediate right turn and you can see the signboard of the Holiday Villa on the rooftop. Situated at the corner of Monivong Boulevard and Street 118.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in: 1300 hours, check-out: before 1200 hours. Late checkout before 6:00pm can be accommodated at 50% discount of rack rates and subject to availability. Guaranteed reservations by credit card for first night deposit is required. All reservations held until 6:00 pm on day of arrival unless guaranteed. Cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged equivalent of one night stay. Passport to check-in is required for foreigners as this is per Government policy.
Car parking:Spacious car park, on street level, with round-the-clock security, free of charge for all hotel guests.
Child Policy:Children below 12 years sharing existing bedding with parents stay free of charge (without extra bed). 13 years old and above will be considered adult. It is compulsary to take an additional bed for 3rd adult sharing same room.
Nice rooms. Business hotel centrally placed. Hot water was too hot, could be a problem where children in hotel.
Clean rooms. Small hotel. Good breakfast, limited range, but well made. Staff smiles and offers good service. No frills.

We will definately choose Holiday Villa Hotel Phnom Penh again if we visit Phnom Penh in future.
Just good for Bed N Breakfast! No frills hotel.
I had on of the corner suites with balcony. Very spacious and well decorated. Balcony large, but a bit grimy, still meant it was easy to get some fresh air. Location a bit out of the way, but transport is cheap. The Khmer fish soup in the restaurant is excellent by the way.
This was quite a nice hotel and in a good location. It was a little basic but the price was right.
It is quite an average hotel with average facilities. Value for money. Near the central market so you can get there first thing in the morning. Good as a business hotel.
The location of the hotel is very good, near the Market, the Royal Palace and the National Museum. the cost of the internet is very expensive.
No housekeeping in my room 106 during my 3 nights stay. Only change my towels upon several request.
The Hotel Staff were very hospitible and did all they could to help with our needs.
The hotel was too old and musty.... The location was ok.. but not close enough to Riverside to walk.

Located near New Market and taxis to the provinces. Malaysian run, friendly staff. Book early as they tend to fill up.
Very good value for cost. we paid 40 as a hot deal large room nice bathroom. there is street noise but there is all over Cambodia I would stay there again
We had a good sized room but it is looking a little distressed (cleaning net curtains would help). Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location near Central Market. Great staff. Super bedrooms. No tea making facility. Enjoyed my stay, would use hotel again.
Probably better deals can be had in Phnom Penh. Clean but a very average hotel all round. The reception staff however were the best English speakers in Phnom Penh and gave us great help and tips on sight seeing
