"Arrived at 9pm to be told the room we should have got (superior) was not available until tomorrow as another guest hadn't checked out. Reluctantly accepted, finding a very small low grade (even for Asia) room (double bed with just enough room to walk round). After 40 mins of hotel trying to fix shower (which was a shower head above the sink in tiny bath/toilet area) and with no hot water available, plus a 15cm square hole in the bathroom wall exposed to public hallway, we gave up and didn't stay the night. Hotel directly opposite in same price range 100% better quality." - Anonymous
"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel extremely welcome and were more than happy to take care of any request we had.
Free internet computers in the lobby and wireless in the rooms.
The location was nice and central. Only a couple of minutes walk to the lake.
