Classic Room
Our classic rooms are bright and airy with a traditional feel featuring built in mahogany furniture, many overlooking open country aspects. The rooms are fitted with twin, double or super king size beds with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers (similar to Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza).

Feature Room
Rooms are in the original part of the 17th century house. Each one has been decorated differently and we have kept and used a lot of the Victorian and Edwardian furniture. In some rooms we have put together a modern yet contemporary feel even down to the installation of flat screen LCD televisions, with free view channels. The rooms have either double or king size beds, with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers presented with colour co-ordinated cushions.

Family Classic Cottage Room
Family rooms offer all the facilities of the standard rooms and are situated in the cottage which is 100 yards to the right of the main hotel building. The cottage houses three family rooms and some standard rooms. The ground floor and first floor rooms are accessed by way of separate front doors and a useful feature of these rooms is the easy parking directly in front of the cottage. With both comfort and functionality as priorities, all of the family rooms are equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The cottage has lovely views over Dean Wood Golf Course towards Dean Wood Forest. Umbrellas are available in reception should our Lancashire weather turn to rain!

Feature Suite
The feature Suites have the added facility of an open plan lounge with TV and feature bathrooms (TV in the bath etc!). The rooms have king size beds, with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers presented with colour co-ordinated cushions. Hospitality trays with named brands are provided and most halls and suites are now fitted with iron and ironing boards. All bathrooms are fully tiled with shower, bath or bath and shower, and have hairdryers. The Botanical's range of toiletries are used including soap, shower/bath gel and ultra mild shampoo. Inclusive of strawberries & shortbread & mineral water.
