Horidome Villa Hotel Tokyo

Nothing spectacular just somewhere to sleep and wake up.

Very friendly staff. Good location for reaching the rest of Tokyo and perfectly acceptable for somewhere to crash. Only negative was room smelt of smoke for first night.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. 3-5mins walk to Hibiya Subway line (Between Ningyocho & Kodemmacho). Slightly longer 8-10mins walk to JR line (Shin-nihombashi or Bakurocho). However, there were no wardrobe and clothes have to be hanged on knobs provided. I guess they sacrificed the wardrobe to make the room much roomier.

Our decision to stay here was purely based on others comments and feedback. Everything I read was true, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very small, but spotlessly clean and cleaned and supplies replenished everyday, even fresh kimonos daily. Loved the toilet, confusing at first with all the buttons but soon got the hang of it. Also loved the fresh coffee available every morning from the lobby. Only 4-5 minutes walk to subways in both directions from hotel, loads of cafes, restaurants and bars within very short walk. Ideal location for first time visitors to Tokyo, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Typical Japanese rooms which were small but comfortable. No English channels on the TV but to be honest the hotel was only really to sleep! Green tea free in the room. Internet in the hotel lobby. Quite location with a Starbucks and other coffee locations around for that morning fix! Would stay here again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with providing directions to sightseeing spots, and even insisted that we take one of their umbrellas on a rainy day. Rooms were clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

I was absolutely excited. Good location. Very kind staff. The room is equipped with TV, fridge, kettle, tea, drier, bath robe, paper towels, massage bidet, toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, shampoo and many other things. Free coffee in the morning.

Management was quite helpful though some staff had limited english. Quite close to 3 subway or train stations with ample cheap eating places within a short walk. As in all hotels in Japan cigarette smoke was a problem.

Although room size was smaller but hotel was excellent. Staff was more than helpful and hotel was nicely located and has easy access to Subways and Trains for anywhere in Tokyo and Japan, respectively. I would like stay in this hotel again sometimes in future.

the room requested was a non smoking room but what i got was a room that smelt excessivly of cigarete smoke. the lolcation is great close to cat, metro & jr stations. eating facilties inculding noodle resteraunt, a bakrey & mini mart are just 1 minute wakling distance. would definantly stay again

The state of the room is great considering the very reasonable price. I stayed in a single room which was quite small but the room has all the basic facilities, including TV, fridge and radio. There are vending machines on each floor. The service was excellent, and the staff there were helpful. I would definately go and stay there again in the future.

More a hotel for japanese businessmen rather than tourists but quite a large room (by japanese hotel standards) and immaculate throughout, a little tricky to find so call the hotel for directions. Would happily stay again. Restaurants in area are mainly japanese only speaking.

Location was perfect for sight seeing around tokyo using the public transport, as well as travel to other towns via JR Rail as it is close to tokyo station.

It mentioned laundry facilities. I was expecting a laundry with washing machine and dryer so I could do my own laundry. This was not the case. A refrigerator in the room was not mentioned. If it had I could have brought my own cereal to have breakfast after buying the milk from the supermarket 3 doors away from the hotel. I should have mentioned that I wanted a non-smoking room as I could smell a cigarette odour from the previous guest. I would have liked a room with a view seeing I was staying for 9 nights. All I saw was the back of another building.

typical japanese hotel. Very small rooms but enough if you are not planning to spend much time in the room. Has wireless internet connection. No breakfast included. Staff was always helpful and very polite

the staff there r very helpful......they will try to help if they can. the location is not bad....walk further dwn from hotel can get lots of shops selling stuffs n lots of restaurants. cheap food around the corner!!

The hotel is good for budget traveller and easy to access from/to airports.

Cheap and clean room.

Could further improve on the facilities, eg free internet service for every room.
