"Our decision to stay here was purely based on others comments and feedback. Everything I read was true, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very small, but spotlessly clean and cleaned and supplies replenished everyday, even fresh kimonos daily. Loved the toilet, confusing at first with all the buttons but soon got the hang of it. Also loved the fresh coffee available every morning from the lobby. Only 4-5 minutes walk to subways in both directions from hotel, loads of cafes, restaurants and bars within very short walk. "Very clean and friendly hotel. Typical Japanese rooms which were small but comfortable. No English channels on the TV but to be honest the hotel was only really to sleep! Green tea free in the room. Internet in the hotel lobby. Quite location with a Starbucks and other coffee locations around for that morning fix! Would stay here again." - Simon Butler
