Free Internet access for laptops. Superior units have Telephones with free local calling. Calling cards requied all other calls. There is a neighbouring restaurant, bar and meeting facility.

The corner spa one bedroom unit was particularly rated by the Hotel and advertised as v roomy - one king bed in bedroom and single in the living area The television in the lounge was unbelievably small and there was not one news channel despite advertising having Sky tv. Therer were also no wardrobe/hanging rail other than pegs - yet there was hanging rail etc eg in the other studio unit that I booked. Enough toilet paper was not supplied for second nite - clearly not checked when serviced.

Nice large rooms, well located to central Hanmer, very clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Fine for the money. Reasonably basic accommodation but clean , tidy and modern and the location was good.

The Hanmer Springs Motor Lodge is a very comfortable place to stay. Warm rooms and friendly staff and would stay again.
I would definately stay there again but next time I will ask for a room with a Spa or a bath. It had an enormous bathrooom so plenty of room for one. The manageress was very helpful and friendly. She couldn't do enough to help everyone who came into the Office.
Excellent motel with Kingsize bed. Very sunny and would stay again
The unit was very nice, roomy and modern. The bathroom was HUGE, very lovely although the floor was rather cold and possibly the small heater in the room was slightly inadequate for the space (considering a person usually likes to relax for a while in the spa bath). In saying that, it was a cold snowy weekend.
We had a very comfortable evening there and woke up to a lovely view of the mountains. The unit was warm and very comfortable, would stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hot Springs Motor Lodge. Having the restaurant a stone's throw away was very handy. We would be more than happy to stay again. Many thanks.
We asked for a late check out on Sunday morning which was granted without any problem. Great place to stay for a night or 2

Warm, comfortable, large rooms. Good location, handy to the bar/restaurant and to minigolf & maze. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends.

The only reason for the Bad rating on Cleanliness was due to the fact that the show drain was blocked and wasnt pleasant at all. Other than that, I will recommend and come back again
