In a 19c Haussmann style building, we offer various sizes of furnished apartments (from 30m² to 65 m²) to accommodate from one to six people. Each apartment retains many original features including fireplaces in the sitting rooms, parquet floors and ceiling cornices.
HOTELHOME PARIS 16 has been renovated to the highest standards to provide its guests with the charm of traditional interior design linked to the latest technology, individual and adjustable air conditionning in all the bedrooms and the sitting-rooms of the two Family Suites, the five Twin Suites, the five Suites Double and the five Junior Suites, private phone lines, international TV channels, Internet access by WiFi and totaly renovated bathrooms and kitchens (fully equipped) in all our 17 apartments.
Our public rates are according to the number of guests in the apartment booked and the duration of their stay. We have rates for one or two nights, 3 to 5 nights, 6 to 20 nights and more than 21 nights.

Getting there:
You may know that the HOTELHOME PARIS 16 is located in a quiet and residential area, very close to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, the “Maison de la Radio”, the famous tennis stadium for the French Open “Roland-Garros” and a very nice shopping area around the Rue de Passy or the Auteuil area. (Metro Station Jasmin - line n°9 or Eglise d'Auteuil - line n°10 ; RER Boulainvilliers - RER C ; Bus N° 22 et 52)
Check-in Procedure:
Please let us know if you wish or need to arrive late in the evening so that organise your arrival. Wan can also give you the access code of the main entrance of the building so that you can open the main door, enter the residence and find instructions and keys to get the apartment booked for you.
Car parking:
On request only, 18 € per night.
Child Policy:
If you need, we can provide you a baby cot (5 € per night) and lend you a high chair and a baby bathtub.
A complete range of chargeable services are also available according to clients needs.
Many other “à la carte” services are available on request, such as laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, secretarial, facsimile, e-mail and storage of clothes and luggage between stays.
