I checked my heavy bag at Heathrow and easily walked the ten minutes from the Hammersmith tube station to the hotel. I was bumped from my earlier flight from Paris, so arrived late at the hotel to a smelly single room, with no window to open.. But despite the "fully booked" sign on the front door, the receptionist found me a double room, which was fine other than having no closet, with the clothes rack hanging over the other half of the double bed. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Altogether, a good value for the price.
We stayed at hotel for a three nights; clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free internet access in the hallway. Rooms are small, but clean. I would recommend this hotel for young travelers, with restricted budget.
very good for what it is, a clean, basic, affordable hotel near hammersmith apollo. ideal for going to gigs and a spot of sight seeing.
Average hotel, you get what you pay for. People very friendly and service was excellent, made to feel very welcomed. No parking so watch out for the different off road parking tariffs.
This hotel consisits of 7 houses. I had a room at the very top of one house. There was no lift and I had to climb 47 steps to get to the room. But my room was huge for a hotel in London and there was a brand new bathroom! The young man on reception was very friendly! The location was excellent. the tube station was a 10 min walk away and there was a laundromat across the road. I would definately recommend this hotel.
We prepaid for a English breakfast, what we got was leathery toast, stewed tea and 2 slices of cheese. The dining room was to small for the number of guests. Everthing was rushed and over crowded, and virtually pushed out of the dining room. Would not recommend dining there.
Clean enough and a decent location for the price.
Didnt like the fact that we got moved down the street, bothered me when breakfast only goes till 9am and its freezing cold outside and u have to walk a few hundred metres to breakfast.. so incidentally we couldnt be bothered to go and get it. Apart from the beds having the springs digging into me all night hotel is ok for price, as london is very expensive for what u get. small bathroom but thats expected. room size not too bad for london standards, was a bit annoyed they gave us 2 single beds when we booked a double room. overall would choose somewhere else next time location was too far away and very average service
stayed for 3 nights, room is ok, spacious ( twin bed)..got room service everyday... location is quite ok, have to walk 10 mins to Hammersmith Tube...
Budget hotel so don't expect too much space, but in good decorative order and all the important things worked.
it takes about 25min from oxford street to get there. but it's no problem at all 'couse it's the same bus both day and night. the hotel seems to own a lot of different buildings in the same street so you could end up at another building. but they have only one breakfast room for all there guests so it's a bit crowded and you might have to que... but other than that it's totally alright for a low price hotel!!! I enjoyed my stay wery much!! cheers!!
Enjoyed our stay here, close to the tube station room small but comfortable. Would stay here again.
it took longer than i expect from hammersmith tube station to the hotel, and the worst is that there is no lift, and i needed to walk up 3 floors with my heavy suitcase. but on overall, it's a good place to stay in.
Great Value for Money !
Rooms are basic but bright; bathroom was incredibly small but had everything you need. Rooms are very clean compared to a lot of other hotels for the same price in London. Main road outside hotel is busy, being near a police station but does seem to get much quieter at night, plus there are lots of cafes and a Tesco supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is popular amongst the young and during peaks, nights might be slightly restless. Overall good price/quality.
Hotel 65 served its purpose in that it was well situated for our needs, it was well priced and the standard was what you'd expect at the price. Ok for a brief stay.
We stayed for five days. Booking wat at hotel 65 but we stayed as the hotel 45 nearby. Easy access to City of London by busses or metro. Finnish married couple
We stayed here for 6 days. The room was kept clean and linens changed daily. We stayed in the New Century Inn, which is located directly across the street for Hotel 65. The have 6 buildings here. Breakfast was located at Hotel 65. The staff was very quick and moved people in and out fairly quickly. We never had to wait for a table and the staff ws always friendly. Located about a 10 minute walk from the Tube station. We had no problems with the location. A bit noisy at night but you get used to it. I would recommend the Hotel 65 to anyone looking for a budget hotel.
