The toilet/CR of the hotel is spacious... my kids love it!
we were a party of four staying in a quad room, though it was good value for money - we were a little surprised and disappointed to discover that our room did not have a window. still we were there to sleep and shower only, so it was bearable. facilities were clean and water pressure good. the staff were courteous but not caring; we were checked in efficiently but no assistance was given with luggage neither did anyone show us to our room. normally we do not expect this, but it was a convoluted journey to our room; via a lift, stairs and 2 sets of corridors. all in all, still a good deal and the location had colour and food was good in the shops around there. the MRT station is a 15 minute walk away; not a particularly nice walk either. there are public buses though.
I booked a family room for 4 persons and the room is quite spacious, clean and quiet. Nice family friendly hotel!
For standard room there is NO wardrobe in the room! So always ask for Superior or Deluxe. Front office staff is very helpful - especially the Front Office Manager.
