"Rooms a quite small but generally clean. Location is good -walking distance from MRT and major Points of interest. (china town, little India etc). It was okay for the price.
Would be nice to get some natural light into the room maybe use a roller blinds instead of fixed one. No refrigerator in the room but an icebox on each floor not a bad idea- singapore can get HOT!" - betty barya

Hotel 81 Selegie is a 8 storey partly conserved building with 81 nicely appointed rooms at a central location.
A short walking distance from Sim Lim Square (Electronic and Computer Mall), Singapore National Library, Suntec City (Shopping, cinema complex and Convention hall), Raffles City (Shopping Mall).
Catch performances by local and international acts at the Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay, which is located a mere 20-25 minutes away on foot. Fort Canning Park plays host to cultural and musical events throughout the year. And the shopping hubs of Orchard Road, City Hall, Bugis Junction and Marina Square are also in close proximity.
There are many reputable night spots with 10 minutes taxi ride, such as Mohammed Sultan stretch, Boat Quay and Clark Quay. |
