"hi, stayed in executive suite:
bad things: big puddle of liquid soap under the soap dispenser on the vanity in the bathroom; no plug for sink in bathroom; buttons on LCD tv swapping function randomly eg. volume actually doing channels at times etc.; GOOD THINGS: great size fridge & it even had ice in the trays!; microwave & kitchen utensils good; great outdoor area outside room; great pool & allowed to drink in there. Staff could be a little more informative at reception, eg. re activities & new years eve possibilities. All up - will return! " - Anonymous
"Reception staff were very unhelpfull and generally grumpy. There is no pick-up/drop-off from the ferry port to the hotel (even though they say there is), you have to get the public bus. The pool was good, and the restaurant/bar staff and food were fantastic." - Ernest Haines
"It was very basic accommodation for the price $136 per night. Have stayed in beautiful units in Sydney and Cairns that were nly a few dollars more. The grounds were littered with gardens waste and palm fronds. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone." - Anonymous
