A hotel for people travelling on a budget. Not particularly well located if you do not have transport. Very basic rooms, clean with freindly and helpful staff.
Generally agreeable, would have liked a few more facilities, but in terms of service, attitude, and location, certainly would get my recommendation.
Standard Room consists of 1 Queen and 1 Single bed. A rollaway bed can be supplied for an additional $36.
The Superior Room sleeps 2 in a queen size bed . A rollaway bed can be supplied for an additional $36.
Very comfortable stay with everything you need near by. Staff friendly and approachable. Great breakfast and dinner menu with bistro available on the premises. Will definitely recommend hotel to others.
although we only stayed 2 nights it was comfortable but the parking of our vehicle was a bit of a problem would stay again if we visited again
While the room was clean and had all facilities, the bathroom tiles needed cleaning or replacement, the cold tap did not work, and the bathroom door had rotted away at the bottom.
Good value for the money. Each room has its own terrace with chairs a table.
Reasonable facilities, but a bit tired and in need of update. About a 10 minute walk in to the town. Nice pool area which is essential in the heat.
Very convenient for us. However we weren't impressed with local boys being allowed to just jump the fence into the swimming pool and not leaving when asked. We didn't then feel we wanted to use the pool. Shame as it was very hot.
The hotel was perfect for what we needed.
average hotel, that is in need of renovation. car parking very bad.
Yes bit basic but good and pleaseant area. Easy walk into town. Restuarant on site good value for money. Breakfast included - good too. yes would stay there again. Pool water a bit green!
Stayed here twive now. On first viosit I thought it was a bit rough, but after visiting and staying at Ayers Rock hotel, I realised that it was pretty good when you take into account the area of Oz that it is in. Food on site was reasonable and well priced, room was fine with aircon, pool water was abit green! yes I would stay there agian.
The laundry was rather small for the no of units. All else was good
I was offered a free complementary upgrade of my room for the first couple of nights. Although this wasn't much different to the standard room I stayed in when I got back from tour. The room was in typical accor hotel style. Tv reception was very good and they offered free movie viewing. They have a locked luggage room where you can leave a bag. They also have pool with deck chairs, bar and resturant. I didn't try the pool or resturant but the bar food was alright. Mainly burgers and pizza. It is a little walk into town. Fairly close to the hotel is a club which will do a big breakfast and nice meal.
I stayed here for 3 nights, in 3 different rooms. The location is alright, not in town but walkable in 20 minutes. Nicely spread out blocks and each room with balcony. The breakfast is good and staff is friendly. I was partly on my own and partly on tour, hence the changing rooms. However cleanliness is not a priority here, and every toilet had an unfresh smell. The response time of any request is about 4 hours, with several reminders. Popular with tour groups and is always crowded. Overall ok if you get a good deal. I moved on my last night in Alice Springs to the Aurora Hotel in town, which was incredibly much better in every way and the price was the same.
I only stayed for two seperate nights in between a Rock tour, however, all was well - the room was more than adequate - a Queen bed and a single for my single needs. Aircon, coffee/tea, iron, hairdrier and sufficient electrical outlets I will consider again. The reception staff were especially helpful in arranging pick-ups and transfers. Seems good for all ages -a good base for local excursions.
A clean, basic motel-level facility that is well-located, and provides a reasonable dining experience for the cost (if you ignore the appalling wine list!). Used extensively by tour parties, it can be a little rowdy at night around the pool and outside tables.
Beautiful setting and great value.
Excellent hotel for the price.
Obliging, friendly staff. Very good value- attractive room, great breakfast, room service etc. Pools looked inviting and would be a great plus when the weather heats up.
