consiglio questo albergo. Qualità prezzo nulla da dire. Personale molto cortese. Camere pulite e moderne. Vi trovate anche in centro e davanti alla stazione.

Molto bello e moderno. Proprio di fronte alla stazione. Mi sono trovato molto bene. Poi per andare in centro ci si può andare a piedi, solo 5 minuti. Per la colazione c'è tanta scelta e se c'è molta gente sono anche veloci a rimpiazzare tutto. Lo consiglio veramente.

Good hotel. Not in the city center, but very conviently located next to the metro station. 10 minutes to the Piazza Duomo.

Room had not been cleaned. They sent someone up when I reported this, and it was cleaned way to fast for me to believe a thorough job had been done. It just didn't feel clean then.

Easy walking distance to train station and the rest of the city. Good breakfast available. Reasonable value.

Reception service slow, but polite and very helpful. Bar area not very lively, lacked atmosphere. Breakfast very good. Corridoors occasionally noisy during the night - late night arrivals by train?

Friendly staff. Central location next to bus terminal and train station (with all the pros and cons), walking distance to all the major sights. Good breakfast. In the heating season the rooms on the top floor are overheated. Try to get a room on the second or third floor!

This pleasant modern hotel was conveniently located behind the Santa Maria Novella station, and it made it easy to come and go throughout Florence by foot.

First they gave us a room with a twin bed instead of a double bed and we had to ask them to change it. Also it was the only hotel where they kept our passports and moreover they forgot to return them, so we found ourselves in Rome without any id. We had to return ourselves to Florence to recover our passports, at our own expenses.

Great hotel, conveniently located, substantial breakfast, large comfortable rooms.

Service and food at breakfast was excellent, but service in the reception was quite average.

The Ambasciatori Hotel is conveniently located across from the train station. I stayed in the Hotel for 6 days and was impressed with the room, service, and the breakfast. I would stay there again on my next visit.

Hotel is at a very convenient spot and the neighborhood is pretty safe.

A great room with clean facilities and very friendly staff who are always willing to accommodate you. Good position to everything.
