"Highly recommended, excellent choice, we will stay here again. Very good Asian or European breakfast included. Very helpful and friendly English speaking reception staff. Complimentary bottled water and toiletries were always available just help yourselves. Everything was very clean and well maintained. In room internet was included. Triple room, not spacious but more than adequate and we have a teenage daughter.
We arrived quite late in the evening and with luggage used the limo bus. Or catch the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno and then Ginza line all the way to Aoyama-itchome.
Limo drop is beside Akasaka-mitsuke station, one stop on the Ginza line to Aoyama-itchome then a short walk. All stations have a lift, for luggage, just well hidden.
If you are looking for 5 star hi-rise luxury this isn’t for you but if you are looking for an excellent economical place to stay we would highly recommend the Hotel Centre of Asia.

"A/C off due to renovation, so had to open windows which had no screens and all 3 nights, we got eaten/bit many times by mosquitos. Very unpleasant sleeping conditions. Screens are needed on windows. TV was also all Japanese, even CNN News had Japanese played over the English so we couldn't hear the news in English. Staff told us there was a bilingual button on remote and all the buttons were labeled in Japanese, so we tried every button to no avail. We were glad we weren't in the hotel more and the accommodations were less than adequate. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite." - Eileen Dunn
"The friendly staff were absolutely fantastic... always happy to help, the customer service was excellent! All of the staff spoke fluent English. Value for money was also excellent, with a hot buffet breakfast included.

From Narita Airport : Take Airport Limousine bus to hotels in Akasaka area (120 minutes /JPY3000 for one way), then take taxi to hotel (10 minutes/approx. JPY1000)
or
take Keisei skyliner to Ueno Station(60mins/JPY1,920 for one way), then transfer the subway Ginza line(22mins/JPY190) to Aoyama Itchome Station.
From Tokyo Station (terminal of bullet train) :15 minutes by subway (Marunouhci Line and Ginza Line) via Akasaka Mitsuke station to Aoyama Itchome station.(15 minutes/ JPY160), then 5 minutes walk from exit 4
Aoyama Itchome Stationon on Subway Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line,Oedo Line – 5 minutes by walk from exit 4.

Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as a “non-resident foreign guest,” present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality.
Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before room is ready.
