Getting there:
After Getting your car at the airport take the main road with sign to Funchal. After more or less 15 minutes driving in this main road you shall find a way out with sign- Hospital, way out nº 9. After passing the Hospital you will find traffic lights and a sign saying LIDO. Turn on the righ towards Lido area and a few meters after you will see the hotel in the left side

PROS - Staff was of the highest quality we've seen anywhere. Very professional, informative and helpful. - Best breakfast of all our stays in Portugal. CONS - Parking garge location is terrible. - Our room was infested with ants after our 3rd night. The staff was helpful in trying to resolve our issue but the room they moved us to had no balcony and the air conditioner was broken. We waited there for 30min until the third room was prepared for us with function. Management was not sympathetic at all to us having to move our packages twice due to an insect infestation. In addition to waking up to ants in our bed and losing 2hrs of Madeira sunlight moving to two different rooms, Management didn't even offer a simple free BBQ dinner that they were having that night at the price of 18E per person as an apology. So, because Management really made us feel insignificant and did not make a simple extention of, I'm writing this review. * NOT RECOMMENEDED *
