room was big location was nice staff helpfulparking space is a big plus very good value for your money
lovely and friendly hotel with large airy rooms and comfortable furniture. Very supportive hotel staff, only problem encountered was lack of bellboy service so luggage must be carried in from taxi by yourself, as well as to the room. very convenient 5 minute walk to Gare du Nord. it would be nice if a bedboard could be available, especially for longer stays.
I prefer to earn miles (like frequent flyer miles) each time I stay at Bloom.
The hotel look very impressive, with a very wonderful GYMN, restaurant can provide a clean free fresh water, but the price for restaurant is just expensive, also the hiden tourist tax which is not mention in the hotelclub, you must be prepared for this additional cost for your stay. The hotel room are very big with very confort beds and decoration. place to park outside, but the noise if you are in the front side room.
The hotel is good, all the beds were fantastic, the internet good, a free place to park outside. The food was very good but over priced, some hidden cost which was not mention is the local tourist tax and vat which, I believe should have been included into price charged by hotelclub.net. The front room got a bit noises from passing cars and train. the location is very fantastic for both tourist and on business with EU.
Excellent hotel with a special, very pleasant atmosphere, with some kind of oriental touch. Received an upgrade and ended up in a very large, comfortable room. Location very convenient next to botanical garden metro station. Excellent restaurant in terms of food quality, resonably priced, but very slow service. Did not try breakfast, which i considered rather excessively priced at Euro 25. All in all a very good hotel, albeit not cheap, but brussels hotels appear expensive across the board. Only negative surprise: on top of the rate agreed with Hotelclub, the hotel charged me with Euro 5,95 per night for city tax.
This hotel was excellent. Very spacious room. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Highly recomend the restaurant.
The pricing seems to be very good but by mistake I took breakfast wich is very expensive (25.-) for what is on offer. But on the whole a very agreeable hotel it is.
This is a first class hotel with a particularly distinctive ambience.
Rooms were nice and spacious, and fairly quiet if facing away from the street. Location is ok, but outside the "petit ring", and a 10-15 minutes walk from the more interesting parts of the inner city. Staff were friendly and had a fair grasp of English, but could have been more helpful in a minor medical situation we encountered.
Stylish and clean hotel with helpful staff. Not the very best of locations but not that bad either.
The hotel has a neat modern look, and the rooms are pretty spacious compared to most of the other hotels. The staff's nice and friendly as well. Its about 15 mins walk from city center, and just next to a metro station. The Buffet breakfast at Euro 25 is on the expensive end for what it offers. Overall a nice place to stay at.
Great interior, unusual rooms with your own choice of fresco's. Beds were really comfortable, with clean sheets every day. Pleasant, helpful staff. Two small negatives: the hotel is on a main route to a hospital. Ambulance sirens if you sleep on the front side are a real drag. Breakfast is 25 euro's per person. Happily, you can cross the road and get fresh rolls and coffee in the supermarket, or walk 1 or 2 minutes up the road behind the supermarket en get cheap, good quality food. Downtown is at easy walking distance, and tram and metro just a couple of minutes walk away. Adequate fitness equipment. Rather trendy, young hotel visitors. The price was very low considering the quality. I would definitely stay again
The hotel is located close to metro, tram and bus station. The room was large with stylish decoration, flat screen TV and FREE internet.
Funky and cool stylish hotel. Very innovative design. Only complaint is that breafast was not included in room rate (250Euro/night for a single room without breakfast is a bit insulting..)
Nice hotel.
Free WIFI access in rooms - excellent service.
very helpful and friendly staff, from the barman to the receptionist through to the chambermaids or valets. Friendly small hotel atmospher in a big hotel with good facilities.
Easy access, close to Botanique Metro station and Rue Neuve shopping area. Taxis in front of hotel.
Good value at reduced rate. In need of renovation but reasonably convenient for City Centre attractions.
