"Compared to other hotels I found the food and laundry services very expensive. We also booked the early bird price which was suppose to be cheaper but other friends who had booked later had a better room, cheaper room rate and breakfast vouchers included. "Close to shopping. We used their left luggage facilities while we went on a short trip to Guilin, China. Doorman was helpful. He called taxis for us to airport at 5 am for an early flight. We also asked him to buy steam buns for us for breakfast. We also used their business centre to send emails. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would definitely recommend it." - Anonymous
