Hard to get a better location

Hotel standard and location is good, near to the Beijing road pedestrian shopping belt. Nothing bad to comment on but would like to offer a suggestion to relocate the main reception/lobby to the YueHua entrance instead of the current one which is not very conducive for a hotel entrance as you have to walk up a fairly steep slope with your luggage. Most taxis stop at the bottom of the slope which is manned by a security barrier. Alteernatively, do something to renovate the current entrance to make it more welcoming to guest who arrive in taxis.

Very comfortable and good value all round. However, hard to find... especially from the directions on this site: exit E at that station does not exist, or maybe it does but there's no signage, swallowed by the sardine shopping arcade. Breakfast is, apparently, part of the deal but you have to ask - they didn't tell me about it and i missed it.

Very Close to Beijing Lu (Road) shopping precinct - just a wee walk down the hill

Room was clean and well appointed. Meal prices were very high, peak season with the Canton Fair. Within easy walking distances were a good range of restaurants. Good selection of shops on Beijing Street which is very close. Hotel is in a good central location.

Quite, good services, not LCD TV but fine, bed too hard for me, everything else is fine for its price.

Ok hotel

Compared to other hotels I found the food and laundry services very expensive. We also booked the early bird price which was suppose to be cheaper but other friends who had booked later had a better room, cheaper room rate and breakfast vouchers included. I felt riped off and very hestitate to stay at this hotel again

Close to shopping. We used their left luggage facilities while we went on a short trip to Guilin, China. Doorman was helpful. He called taxis for us to airport at 5 am for an early flight. We also asked him to buy steam buns for us for breakfast. We also used their business centre to send emails. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Conveniently located at shopping district and some good food. The 2nd shift Room Staff even leave a slip for next day's weather forecast which I think it's very thoughtful.

Great location at top of Beijing Rd. close to touristy shopping and metro stations which means you can get almost anywhere. Staff are very standoffish and not really helpful. Food is terrible in restaurants but you don't need to eat there with plenty of other options.Ridiculously expensive in Canton fair times... rates just about triple!! so choose your timing carefully.

The hotel is under some renovation, a little inconvenience. Walking distance to Beijing Road pedestrian mall. Good for buysiuness and leisure travellers

Excellent location within walking distance to the Pedestrian Shopping Street. Rooms are spacious, although the beds are hard. Prompt and friendly staff. Recommended hotel.

Good for the price, Hotel Staff very responsive

Hotel room and contents were a little antiquated. No pay tv movie channels, most channels in Mandarin. Only very few staff spoke english/cantonese because hotel seemed to be catered to Mandarin speaking majority. Good location on Beijing Rd.

Rooms rates not cheap, except for location near shopping area. Rooms not clean and looks quite rundown. Cleaniless for rooms, pillows & beds poor.
