"Great location, rooms on Collins St can be noisy if you're a light sleeper.
We got one of those rooms and even with earplugs I sleep badly because of the club a couple of doors up and it's noisy patrons. The garbage trucks didn't really disturb me too much. Husband (a normal sleeper) was OK.
We asked to be moved - no problem, we got a room overlooking the laneway which was much quieter - and had a king sized bed which was nice.
Front desk staff were unenthusiastic about their job but not unfriendly and were efficient.
Breakfast is serve yourself - toast, cereal, cheese, meat and fruit. No hot stuff but it was fresh and there was a variety.
Pillows are a bit flat. First bed was hard, second was very comfortable.
Bathrooms had a nice long wide shelf for toiletries. Hairdryer was great, very powerful. The tiles showed some evidence of mould.
Safe in the room was very handy, also have a fridge.

"A very nice stay. You could NOT have a better location if you're there to shop! Approx 20 metres from David Jones and great boutiques right outside the door.
Room was a little 'tired' (couple of paint chips and scuff marks on walls), but it was a nice sized room and the staff were really good.
It was Quiet, apart from the lift sounds like a hump back whale in the distance from your room!

From Tullamarine Airport, take the Tullarmarine Freeway to city. Exit at Flemington Road, continue along Flemington Road until you reach the roundabout. Turn right (south) to enter Elizabeth Street. Turn left (east) at Victoria Street and then right (south) at Russell street. Turn right (west) into Little Collins Street. Once you cross Swanston Street the hotel is located 100 metres on your left. |

Hotel reception is located in Howey Place off Little Collins Street and is open 24 hours a day. For early arrivals, if the room is not ready, bags can be left with reception. |
| Car Parking: |
The hotel has an arrangement with Wilson's Parking located at 181 Little Collins Street. Cost is $16.00 per exit weekdays and $6.50 per exit weekends. Before collecting your car, please have your ticket validated by the hotel reception. It is preferable if driving to register at the hotel before parking your car. |
