"Right in the middle of the shopping district of Melbourne between Swanson and Elizabeth. Hotel has a bar but it was not open at all during our stay.
Wirelss internet a bit flakey but you can connect via cable, either your own or one provided by reception. $2 per 15 mins." - Stephen Emmett

A sophisticated and contemporary boutique hotel located in the heart of the CBD (opposite David Jones Men's Wear with entrance via the heritage listed undercover shopping arcade Howey Place). With the emphasis on elegance and comfort, rooms are decorated with rich woods and stylish contemporary furnishings. Beds are covered with crisp white cotton duvets that contrast with aubergine chairs. Choice of rooms offered is our Executive room with King,Queen or Twin bed, Executive Spa room and Duplex "warehouse style" room. All rooms have plenty of natural light (some have windows that open). Desk, and fax/modem points, TV with in-house movies, (one complimentary movie per stay). Hotel Causeway offers 45 rooms, of 4 star standard.
Hotel facilities include full gym with life fitness equipment, steam room, unique rooftop courtyard, business centre, and separate lounge bar. All rates include a complimentary breakfast served in the Howey Lounge. Hotel Causeway is located in the most enviable position in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. |

From Tullamarine Airport, take the Tullarmarine Freeway to city. Exit at Flemington Road, continue along Flemington Road until you reach the roundabout. Turn right (south) to enter Elizabeth Street. Turn left (east) at Victoria Street and then right (south) at Russell street. Turn right (west) into Little Collins Street. Once you cross Swanston Street the hotel is located 100 metres on your left. |

Hotel reception is located in Howey Place off Little Collins Street and is open 24 hours a day. For early arrivals, if the room is not ready, bags can be left with reception. |
| Car parking: |
The hotel has an arrangement with Wilson's Parking located at 181 Little Collins Street. Cost is $16.00 per exit weekdays and $6.50 per exit weekends. Before collecting your car, please have your ticket validated by the hotel reception. It is preferable if driving to register at the hotel before parking your car. |
