"The hotel is very misleading from a room description perspective. The room is very dirty, old with cheap beds and cracked tiles on the floor. The bathtub has rust on it and the service is beyond insulting.
They use this tactic to force you to upgrade rooms and charge you triple the booked price. This seems the common practice in Casablanca, since the other Hotels were unwilling to match the Internet booked price knowing that European flights arrive late and you would have no choice but to book a reasonable room at an exorbitant price. I initially booked a twin room for 266US$ and had to pay 490$US instead for a similar room that the one booked, in order to save face.
Throughout my stay, they were rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and did not allow friends to come and visit me...Overall the stay was garbage and I would recommend that you have better representation of the hotels being booked on your website.
