"Lovely hotel with breathtaking views over the bay - be prepared that there are no parking facilities and cars require to be parked either on road leading into town (not advisable) or in nearby car park. Porter assistance to carry cases up the many steps to get to hotel most welcome. Restuarant facility excellent. However additional charge to operate air conditioning in room of 30Euros per night ridiculous given the cost per night to stay at hotel!" - Anonymous

Hotel description:    The hotel Conca d'oro stay in the loveliest spot of the Amalfi coast.
All rooms have private facilities bath &/or shower, hairdryer, telephone & balcony or terrace with a splendid sea view.
The terrace restaurant, dominates the enchanting area where one can admire the marvelous panorama.
The excellent cuisine exalts the ancient flavors of the Mediterranean. The hotel has a nice solarium terrace with long chairs, umbrella & a mini pool jacuzzi.

Getting there: Coming from the North:take the Autostrada A1 until Napoli. Then, take the autostrada Napoli-Salerno A3, and go out in Castellammare. Follow the signs to Penisola Sorrentina-Positano and then the SS145 to Meta di Sorrento and from there the SS163 to Positano.
When you reach Positano, follow the one way road to the center. After about 700mt you will find on your left hand side Fratelli Milano ParkingStop there, the porter will help you with the luggage.
Coming from the South: take either route SS.163 Amalfitana or the Salerno Naples motorway to Castellammare,as above.By train: the most convenient railway station is Napoli Centrale, where on a lower level you can get the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento, then catch the SITA bus to Positano(Chiesa Nuova),from there the local bus to the hotel.
By airplane: if you arrive at Naples Capodichino airport, book through the hotel a private transfer.
By taxi: we can organize transfer from the airport or the train station to the hotel.
Car parking: Parking is available at Milano Parking nearby the hotel, the price is about 21 per day.
Child Policy: up to 2 years old free of charge - baby cot at 18.00 euros per day
