"This is a nice hotel, with very nice staff, but isn't in a very good neighbourhood. If you are wanting to stay by the midi train station and are willing to take a cab it's good, but do not try and walk from the station to the hotel, especially with bags as it's easily a 30 minute walk with luggage. Otherwise a nice hotel, but the neighbourhood isn't very nice! " - Marissa Dickins
"nice clean room with very comfy bed. only five minutes walk from tram to go into centre of brussels. reception helpful with map and details of how to get tram also in recomending a restaurant for dinner. good for eurostar link." - Anonymous
"This hotel was relatively near the Gare Midi in Brussells, which was why we chose it....however, it turned out to be more than a minor walk, through a not-so-good part of town.
The staff were extremely helpul, and the breakfast and other services were great. Also, taking the bus into the centre of the town turned out to be conient and fast.
The room quality was quite mediocre, but overall the stay was fine. " - Michael Brothers
"I very recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Brussels. The personnel makes a lot of effort to make your trip easy, explaining about transport, touristic places…
As we had some health problems there, they helped us to find all we need.
The hotel itself is clean and quite and the rooms are spacious.
Thanks to again to the staff.
