"I was very impressed with this hotel, it's enormous but the service is excellent. The spa is out of this world.
The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, a fantastic selection.
We ate one night in the bistro and enjoyed a good meal. I was a little surprised of the size of the bistro it was comparably very small next to the size of the hotel. The only other choice was the a la carte restaurant which was only open certain days and was not so inviting.

"Hotel is what I would call all front and no back, reception and oublic rooms are huge and ostentatious but my room was small, poky, no storage and more like a 2nd class B&B. Service in some of the eating areas was very slow and in some cases non existent. This hotel is more for corporate guests than holiday makers." - jill busby
