Hotel De Prony Paris

Free Wi-fi which is very convenient especially for business traveller.

Prony Hotel is a clean, friendly and in an excellent location hotel. In a future visit in Paris Prony would be in my top choices for accomondation

The reviews I read before going were very mixed. The outcome is what I expected - you get what you pay for! This is pretty cheap for Paris. My only negaitive comment is that I booked a twin room for myself & my son. When we arrived, we were given 2 singles. Usually that wouldn't be so bad but these rooms were tiny! To use the wc, you have to adjust your clothing and reverse in! On our last night we were given the twin room which was much better. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly (well most of them). Most can speak some English (but it's always polite to try French first!). It's very well situated, with a good selection of restaurants close by. And right next to a Metro station so it's dead easy to find - out of the metro and just around the corner (next to an Italian restaurant). If you're travelling on a budget, from Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the Air France bus to Arc de Triomphe and get on the metro at Charles de Gaulle Etoile, then change at Villiers.

The hotel is located in a safe and very pleasant part of the city. The staff were very friendly and most helpful.

Very nice, small hotel. not fancy but just what i needed.

The hotel is very clean, the decor is pretty old fashioned but for the money that you are paying for this hotel its a small price to pay.the rooms are quite large and they have nice clean ensuites attached. The only thing I can say bad about the Hotel is the address. we came to Paris not knowing anything about the hotels whereabouts except the address, we told the taxi driver the address and found that we could not find the hotel, Its not actually on Ave d Vileirs its just beside it on Rue d prony. You will see a red canopy with an Italian Restaurant close by, its also close to the Peirier Levaint stn and a round about if your looking for it, its very difficult to find at night if you dont know where you are going and the Taxi drivers in Paris are not very helpful I would recommend this hotel, its small and homely and friendly staff

The hotel was slightly basic, tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. The bathroom in our room did need updating no shower curtain/door so the water sprayed all over the bathroom. Otherwise a good hotel as a base and very close to good restaurants and the metro system. Very friendly staff. Miss DAhern Coventry England

A good hotel for short stay. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was adequate. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Location was great. Very close to Arc de Triumpet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel overall was very basic. Small triple room. Very dated bathroom. Breakfast rolls, juice and tea/coffee. Clean and friendly and the location would bring me back. I would stay here again.

Basically, this hotel is ok for short trip.

Centrally situated, very clean with pleasant, helpful staff. I would recommend Hotel Prony and, speaking for our party of five who stayed there, we would return without hesitation.

A very good and small Paris hotel with a freindly guests. Very good location five minutes walk from Arc de Triumfe and few meters from Metro and restaurants.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Rooms clean with t.v. The shower facilities were the only minus.

Very nice hotel for the money, with many amenities (hair dryer, fridge in room, breakfast included). We had a very clean, large room, very accessible to the Metro(only a few yards away). Close enough to walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. Staff were very friendly,helpful and spoke English well. Elaine, Harvard, MA. USA
