The Hotel de Rouen is a small-size 22 bedrooms establisment located on a large and beautiful street (yet quiet at night), opposite the Banque de France building. All rooms are equipped with a TV set and WIFI. The reception desk is open from 7 A.M. to 12 P.M. Guests may come in and out at all time, using the keypad system. Rooms and public spaces are regularly renovated. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Languages spoken: English and Spanish. Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 to 10 A.M.
