"the hotel room was spacious and clean, however the upgrade wasnt really worth it as there didnt seem much difference. the bar is open until 3 with a pool table outdoor seating and good music, the outdoor swimming pool is respectable but great for a dip. the hotel staff were mostly friendly and spoke reasonably good english. the hotel also offers free tuk-tuk service to khaosan rd, and free travel to grand palace before 10am mon-sat. the consierge is friendly and speaks good english. breakfast is basic but does the job :)" - stephanie dady

"the hotel room was spacey and clean, the upgrade is not much, but didnt see much difference between the two rooms, so if you are very budget consious the standard is fine. hotel has a screened off outdoor swimming pool but the fitness centre is not onsite, it is located in khaosan road, in a hotel owned by the same guy, the hotel does offer a free tuk-tuk service to this site however. the staff were reasonably polite, could have been better but their english is standard. the concierge is a lovely lady who is able to help with almost anything. the buffet breakfast is average but no complaints! a pleasant stay." - stephanie dady
