Tsu is a little lacking as a tourist destination but the hotel is located within 2 minutes of the station. Unfortunately its very difficult to find an ATM that services cards other than Citibank or Japanese registered cards. The hotel did give a free bowl of udon noodles (hours of 9-11pm) for new arrivals so no complaints there.
