Great staff. Very helpful.
The ceiling fan was noisy. Without A/C, this is necessary, but it bothers our sleep. The shower didn't get hot for long time.
1) There was no room ready on arrival at 7 p.m. 2) There was no safe in the room 3) Insufficient towels 4) Room cleaned a.m. around 9 while we at breakfast, even though we left a sign saying please do not disturb
Very nice small hotel, unpretentious, guest house environment, 17 rooms recently redecorated, full bath facilities, friendly, efficient and effective staff, very quiet, with breakfast facilities and wireless, fast internet in the rooms. Definitely recommended, best price/value in Lima, Miraflores district -near the beach, top shops and restaurants, at 10-15 minutes taxi ride from the financial district.

A very pleasant surprise - great location, safe neighborhood, welcoming staff. The only negative thing about this hotel is the small room size.
