Hotel El Faro Inn Marbella-Costa Del Sol

This hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. We were given another room (better) with no quibble when the air con in our room did not work. There is parking beneath the hotel, ask at reception for the key. 10 euros per night charge for parking.

Location much too noisy. I could not sleep! I would like to have given the hotel a top rating. The service is excellent.

Neat, clean hotel near the beach and the old town. The staff was helpful and friendly. We could see both the ocean and the mountains from our balcony. If I ever go back to Marbella, I'll stay there and would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

The hotel looks a little dated but it is very convenient for both the beach and the old town, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were fine and at the price it offers great value for money.

Ideal location for both beach and town centre. Hotel basic but all that we required and was clean and rooms good size. certainly no complaints

The hotel is in a perfect location only a minutes walk to the beach or to Marbella main street. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. The hotel is very clean and the service is good. The rates are excellent in the off season (when I stayed) same price as a hostel but hostels dont include breakfast. The rooms are a good size with large balconies. Good place to stay if you are thinking of holidaying in Marbella.

Location is superb, Street side rooms are noisy, Breakfast is not continental Service is great, friendly people. Own Kitchen is perfect, balcony is perfect

I' have stayed at this in three times, and I do not desire to stay anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance from main attractions.

The location is excellent and the rooms are all you could ask for - plus a small Kitchen! The facilities and service are perfectly adequate and overall it is excellent value given its location. May it remain a well kept secret!

Breakfast was a big disapointment, bad machine coffee and very diluted orange juce. Pass up on it and go up the street to Cafe Goya where a good continental breakfast will cost 3 euro.

The hotel offered a good standard of accommodation in the centre of Marbella. The rooms were spacious and the standard of cleanliness and services was also very good. Everywhere was a walkable distance and I would strongly recommend it if you aim to be in the centre of Marbella. The only downside as with any downtown hotel was the level of noise during the working week from passing cars. Bit apart from a good overall rating.

Kitchenette great if staying for a while. Only a minutes walk to the beach and centrally located. Doubt any rooms have views other than surrounding buildings. Continental breakfast means breads/pastries, no cereals or fruits, etc. Parking is only on street and hard to find.

This hotel's location is the best . Its only a few minutes walk from the beach and then only a few minutes the other way to the old town centre. There are so many restaurants along the beach and in the small streets of the town. The service was fantastic always helpful.

very good location, close to bus station, tapas bars which stay open late, walking distance to beach and friendly, knowledgable staff. Will definetly return.

My second stay here. Good sized rooms and just so handy for public transport, the promenade, shops and restaurants.

There is a large open air car park at the rear of the hotel which cost 1 euro per day with an entrance directly into the hotel. Very convenient.
