Nice hotel, with great views from the roof top. Clean and excellent location. Just be aware that the sneaky French in Nice charge an extra tax of 1.20 euro per person per night.
Nice modern hotel with good swimming pool on roof which is free soft drinks and water in room also free- a nice touch would recommend this hotel good location however hotel parking expensive at 19 euros a night
Jaana, the receptionist was very helpful and informed us with many things. Thank you!
Excellent location but extremely over - priced. We were given a twin room on the 1st floor next to the bar and therefore were kept awake at night due to the music. Very expensive drinks at the bar. Dissapointing for a Four Points.
Frightfully expensive and rather poor Club Sandwich from room service (arrived late and had little choice from room service menu).
The hotel is not exactly on the beach as its address but you can get a bit of seaview.Breakfast is expensive but nice. Comfortable bed.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the beach and fifteen minutes walk from the town centre. A bus service from the airport and town is very nearby. Breakfast was good. Some stains on carpet in the corridors. Lobby area very nice. Overall a very positive experience.
We found the prices for food and drink in the Hotel very expensive and therfore discouraged from dining there. It was nice to receive complimentary soft drinks in the room. An excellent location.
The hotel is clean but a little sterile, rather bland in fact. room facilities were a little below par for example all tv channels in English were news channels. My room was uncleaned at 5pm, service at reception was very below par for a 4* hotel. Wasnt a bad place to stay, but just over priced for what was a very average hotel. trust me, there are a lot better hotels for less money in Nice.
This is a nice looking hotel - exterior and lobby but, rooms are only okay. Nothing special. We had a ocean view and it was very partial! Good location but not right on the sea!
Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff - nice location - about a 20 minute walk to the old town along the promenade
Excellent service provided to a group of 10 women on a hen do. The staff could not have been friendlier.
There is an attractive rooftop pool, unusual in Nice. Staff were pleasant and efficient.
This was a lovely hotel, staffed by very nice people. The room was the quietest I've ever experienced, and we slept great. Also, the bathroom was lovely.
The staff at the Four Points Sheraton where very professional and helpful. They made are stay very enjoyable. I would stay there again.
Comparable to U.S. Sheraton hotels. Staff was very helpful with directions in very good English for great eating establishments within walking distance. Very close to the main street boardering the beaches and many restaurants and bars. The hotel was a bit on the warm side for the time of year we were there. We would have liked to stay a little longer to take full advantage of the hotel, but we had to fly out the next day.
A wonderful place to stay. Excellent facilities and excellent customer service. It is very apparent that the customer comes first at this Sheraton Hotel. We enjoyed our stay very, very much and would stay there again at any time.
