A clean, comfortable and inexpensive hotel in a fairly central location within walking distance of the Arc de Triumphe and Parc Monceau.
A couple of different metro stations nearby makes it easy to travel to various Paris destinations.

People there are nice and friendly. Breakfast size is a bit small. Location is average and it takes around 15 mins walking from Arc de Triumpo. Good value if your budget is around 60-70 EUR per night for a double room.
Elysees Parc is a nice small hotel with a family feel about it. It was quite clean. The staff made it feel very ralaxing. Location was good, in a very affluent part of town.

I thought hotel Elysees Parc Monceau Paris was a very good hotel, good location, clean rooms and above all very friendly people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
Good location (5 min. walking distance from the Arc de Triumph). Located on a quite street. Friendly staff. Tiny room but very clean. Very good value for the center of Paris (17 arrandessement).
Great location and the owners are most welcoming, friendly and helpful. While rooms are smallish they are extremely clean and tidy.
