Hotel Equatorial Bangi-Putrajaya, a 5-star Kuala Lumpur favourite nature conference resort. This picturesque hotel is an integral part of an 27-hole golf course and is equidistant (20 minutes drive) to Kuala Lumpur city centre and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. There are 4 restaurants and bars at the hotel which serves international and local cuisine. Other facilities available at the hotel include a fully equipped gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool as well as a daily shuttle service to the city and nearby shopping centres.

Getting there:Driving Instructions: Drive North towards Kuala Lumpur on the "Kuala Lumpur - Seremban Highway" and exit the "Bangi" Interchange and leads you to the "Bangi" tollbooth, which costs RM5.20 per car. Then you will see the 1st roundabout, go straight, then the 2nd (final) roundabout, turn left. From here, maintain straight ahead till the hotel appears on your right; whereby, you should turn right at the traffic lights.

Buffet lunches and dinners were monotonous, same dishes served again if not sold out. One expect rooms to be cleaned before 2, alas they were cleaned about 6.
The reason i stayed at the Equatorial Bangi was i had to work in the area, but the hotel is superb, easily the best i've stayed in for a business trip. The pool area is great and the restaurants great too. Not really close to much, there is a shopping centre within walking distance but a good 1/2 hou to the city.
My mother and I had a lovely stay. The staff are very accommodating, and the food excellent. The location suited us perfectly as we wanted to get away for a few days, and shopping, busy city activities etc were not part of our plans.
I enjoyed staying at Eq Bangi. By arrival as the rooms were not ready, we were offered a free drink. The food facilities are excellent and the swimming pool and golf course are great. The disadvantage is that the hotel is quite isolated from other shops or facilities.
