I think the airport transfer to/from hotel should be provided free of charge to hotel guests as the distance is only a few kilometers

Second time I book for a trip to Penang with [your website] and always good: you get what you pay for! As I am a very demanding, and a lazy traveler I can say that the Equatorial is a good hotel, with a great pool and very efficent staff: from laundry to room service, from operator to coffee shop and so on. Location 10 min from airport, position hillside hotel with Deluxe Room overlooking the golf course and the pool, with a big terrace offering a great view. (Ps. I got upgraded from a Superior Room which I book into). The hotel has excellent Fitness Center, also with Male/Female & steam/sauna separate bath with Jacuzzi etc. A business center with internet is there (and free)if you are traveling on business, as I was. An attractive and spacious hotel. The architectural design is unusual and appealing. Pleasant garden surroundings. Service and food very good. Certainly a hotel my wife and I would be happy to return to.
• Hotel shuttle frequency could be inceased for guest travel • Add more local food to breakfast buffet • Good to add in free broadband service as value-added standard to business and holiday travellers
