Hotel Evsen Istanbul

la locacion es muy buena, caminando de todo lo q se puede visitar a metros de una calle q se puede comer y pasa el tren,a minutos caminando de la mezquita azul de santa sofia,del puerto.el personal te ayuda mucho en cuanto a direcciones y demas,me quede muy complacida yo y mis amigos.

I stayed at the Evsen for 3 nights from early morning of 9th Sept to 12th Sept 2011. It is very centrally located in Sultanahmet about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The room was small and windowless but very clean and the bed was very comfotable. There was a small wall mounted TV and a minibar. Once I got the hang of the air con remote control I found the room comfortable enough for sleeping, Don't expect much room at this price but you won't want to spend much time in your hotel room when you are in Istanbul. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby and there is a very convenient tram stop only a few minutes walk away which I used on my return trip to connect with the metro to the airport. Breakfast was basic with little variety but more than enough and I although I turned up later on in the serving period for breakfast twice there was always enough available, All the front staff were friendly and helpful , I had little contact with the other staff. Free wireless internet is available, just ask for the password at reception. The signal strength can be a bit patchy. This is a very good value hotel considering the location and the price, I would use it again.

Well located, clean but very small room. since you are only sleeping there with the rest of the time sightseeing it was quite sufficient. Everything we wanted or needed was here within walking distance. We would stay here again if we were on holiday in Istanbul. Breakfast was offered and was enjoyable. Plenty of restaurants to try within 5 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

the best staff friendly and best location in istanbul sirkace you can go to galat tower 5 min walking and taksim by tunel 10 mins the hotel wwas so so so great i will stay again at the same hotel i liked it recommended you will never forget you vacation at this hotel really great 3 stars hotel and near the hotels alot of cafes bars restaurent and shops everything cami mosque also it is great near sultan ahmed 5 mins walking and discover the blue mosque 100 percent hotel dont miss it

Perfect location in the heart of the old city, next to the Topkapi palace & museums. Also only two minutes from the Sirkeci and Gulhane tram stops. Tram + metro to the airport is an easy-to-follow transfer and takes less than an hour. The staff was proficient in English, friendly, and helpful. Let us check into our room at 7:00 a.m. and enjoy an extra free breakfast on the first day. ([Website]didn't note that a free continental breakfast buffet is part of room cost. Wireless Internet also free; though a bit slow.) Room somewhat small by U.S. standards, but comfortable & clean.
