We were given a room with a window by the main street, which was so loud with traffic noise, we hardly got a wink of sleep. Woke up tired. The vault inside our room for personal keepsakes, was broken, they said they would fix, but never did. No temperature controls for heat in room. Other than that, the room was clean and had plenty of hot water.
The hotel is comfortable and elegant. The locaion is perfect, right next to Bellas Artes and Alameda Central.

Clean rooms, perfect location, right in the middle of reforma. Breakfast was included. Excelent value for the money.
Great location..close to everything. Room was clean and comforty. Internet was ver poor..the breakfast was very disappointing. Room was near street which was noisy ALL night. Neverthless, the value and location overcome everything else.
I Love it!! the staff was very professional, very kindly. the Hotel is located few blocks away from the Centro Historico... The room was very clean...Jose the bell-boy was very friendly.

Great location - right next to Hidalgo subway station, next to one of the biggest parks in Mexico, and just minutes away from Bellas Artes and Zocalo. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of fruit and baked items.
