"On most counts it rates "average" in their price bracket. But room furnishings and equipment are worn and tired-looking and indicate poor maintenance - leaking taps, threadbare towels, low-wattage and defunct lightbulbs, poorly-tuned TV with a non-functioning remote and worst of all a thin, concave bed matress that made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.
