| Getting there: |
The cost is $10.00 per adult for a return fare and children under 12 years travel for free. The pick up point from the International terminal is opposite door number 6 on the outer forecourt. Passengers need to cross the road and wait at the bus stop on the outer forecourt. At the Domestic terminal the pick up point is outside door number 5.
Driving: Take George Bolt Memorial Drive from the airport and drive 2 kilometres north to the large intersection of Massey/Kirkbride Roads & George Bolt Drive. Turn left onto Kirkbride Road and the hotel is 200 metres on the left. |

Check in is located at the reception desk in the lobby. Check in time is 2pm in the afternoon and check out is 11am. |
| Car parking: |
Secure car parking is available at a $5.00 cost for 24 hours. Cars may be left in the Hotel car park while guests travel overseas at the above rate. |
