"Rooms are nice and decently sized, hotel is in a good location but watch out for the noise from bars and pubs at night, I stayed 17th floor and had no problems. Be careful of service, night shift crew are young and very unreliable, I didn't receive wake up calls despite repeated requests. Restaurant food standard is very good and quite a pleasant surprise, but the service is quite bad. If you can ignore the service, the place itself is pretty good. " - Mervyn Baker
"Great location, we had received a package on BF and parking as well, though this is a old hotel however the staff are very helpful. Specially concierge, who had been very helpful and courteous. We had requested for higher floor and quite room and received just the same. Buffect breakfast was value for money, we stayed for two nights and will surely return to his great hotel." - Anonymous
