"Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, though the chairs were a little uncomfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality and price of the food. Happy Hour also made the price of the drinks quite reasonable. "Well positioned hotel just a few minutes walk off Queen St. Rooms clean, with comfortable bed, good bathroom and adequate kitchenette. TV was a bit dated and a LCD/Flatscreen would have been more appropriate. Front Desk service was helpful and courteous. Distinct lack of faciilities, coffee shop, tour desk etc within the hotel. No concierge. Seems to be more of a ' serviced apartment' type of hotel. Would be good for a long stay (say 3+ days), but for an overniter it is lacking - there are other nearby hotels offering better amenities within the hotel. Nevertheless, I would reccomend and stay again. " - Peter KING

Getting there: You can catch the 'Super Shuttle' departing from outside the arrivals gate at the airport every 20 minutes. The shuttle cost approximately NZD$13.00 per person, one way and will drop you outside our front door.
