"the grand continental is a nice hotel. the location is very convenient to the centre of KL. the view on the city side is excellent/spectacular. the pool was closed indefinitely for renovations when i stayed there. the tv reception was poor and the channels were limited. the room service was poor - it took several requests for my order to be delivered, and the beer they served was warm, more than room temperature, closer to outside temperature. i had to put it in the freezer of the room bar fridge before i could drink it" - gregory serong
"i love this hotel, my room was huuuuuugeeeeee like a mini apartment, and the staff were great, i went out one day leaving a $1000 gold bracelet accidently on the table and still there when i got back, very impressed with everything, and the food was great and location is awesome, highly recommended, specially if u book with [website] and get this great rate because the normal prices for this exquisite hotel are astronomical - grab a bargain and get five star everything at this hotel" - Donna James
" This hotel is 20 years out of date, location very poor, no mini bar or TV movies/sport as stated on there site. My advice would be to go somewhere else, the worst hotel I have stopped in and I travel all over the far east" - david makinson
