"firstly it is not a 4star rating by malaysia standard of hotel only o 3 star. rather old n the bathroom have to b fixed when we chek in n the basic toiletries very minimal. we hve to go out to watch the favorite 'akedemia fantasia' a local talent musical cos they do not subscribe to the programe.no face or hand towel provided..the front staff are not warm." - juwahi salleh
